Filed under: First Insurance Videos — bmg001 @ 12:48 am

To watch with subtitles, press the small CC button under the video. Christian and Olli get a phone call from child protective services, they can have a foster child today. All they have to do is agree. Olli is… Olli ; ) He’s very excited and enthusiastic about the idea. Christian, true to character, is very reluctant and afraid that they won’t be able to cope if the child will be taken away from them at some point to return to the biological parents. Then a social worker from CPS shows up with the girl, Lilly. Btw, the giraffe is named Gabriele. That’s the real life name of the actress playing Charlie. :) You can download this video with embedded subtitles from Mediafire: www.mediafire.com Playlist of all of my Chrolli videos: www.youtube.com All rights belong to DasErste and Grundy/Ufa.

Fractured Follies Part 3 of 9

Filed under: First Insurance Videos — bmg001 @ 5:23 pm

Hong Kong Romantic Comedy from 1988 Joey Wong plays May, a girl who was born with one leg an inch shorter than the other and thus walks with a slight limp. One day while she and her family are sprucing up the dumpy supermarket they just bought, May is involved in an accident with a runaway taxi driven by Joe (Chow Yun-Fat). His insurance had expired two days before, so he ends up being a sort of indentured servant to May’s family to repay her medical costs and to assuage his guilt over having crippled her for life (or so he thinks, and May doesn’t disabuse him of the notion). Nina Li Chi plays Scarlet, May’s hot-to-trot cousin who has her sights set on the nerdy Joe. Joe falls for May, and Joe’s brother Sea falls for Scarlet and… well, you get the idea. From IMDB Sorry about the dodgy subs, it’s only for the first three parts then they’re fine.

From the ashes, Sacred heart Church in Weymouth reopening

Filed under: First Insurance Videos — bmg001 @ 3:06 pm

A grand, emotional weekend is planned for the reopening of Sacred Heart Church, just over two-and-a-half years after the church burned to the ground. The reconstruction of the Weymouth Landing landmark will be complete in time for first Masses in the new church on Dec. 15 and 16, said the church’s pastor, the Rev. Dan Riley. The first Mass will be 4 pm Dec. 15. Masses the next day will be held at 7:30 am, 9:30 am, 11:30 am and 6 pm Each Mass will feature special songs and prayers and refreshments afterward, the Rev. Riley said. Cardinal Sean O’Malley is expected at the Saturday Mass. “Everybody’s welcome to any Mass,” the Rev. Riley said. “We’re delighted. I’ve talked to priests who have reopened churches, and they find that the whole weekend is a great crowd.” The Rev. Riley expects about 2500 people to worship at the church over the weekend, well above its 1400 average attendance. Parishioners have gathered for weekly Mass in the auditorium of the Sacred Heart School next door since the June 2005 fire. Parishioners might notice subtle changes in the new church. They will sit closer to the altar than before because of a different configuration, and the stained glass windows will be new. There will be air conditioning in the summer. About $3 million worth of stained glass was donated to Sacred Heart by churches that have been closed by the archdiocese. Sacred Heart’s original stained glass was destroyed in the fire. The Rev. Riley said 90 percent of the church will look
